Our Poole site, which has sheet fed litho and digital capabilities are looking for the following positions.

We are looking to recruit two Class One Bindery Operatives. Experience on any combination of the following equipment essential – Platens or Cylinders, Folding machines and Stitching Lines

Applicants should be self-motivated and energetic individuals, who work well within a team. They should have a good eye for detail whilst still working to targets and have an attitude that continually seeks and embraces improved methods of working.

HR Assistant (Temp Contract)

Position: HR Assistant (Temp Contract)
Location: Wakefield, Balne Lane
Department: Human Resources

Main Purpose:
• To resolve colleagues questions and queries in a professional manner.
• To contribute to projects and initiatives as opportunities allow

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide professional advice and guidance to Departmental Managers and colleagues on employment law and all people related questions
• To encourage and support effective two way communication between colleagues and the business
• To assist the HR Director as and when required
• To work alongside the HR Advisor in completing tasks and projects as necessary
• Support line managers in connection with employment legislation issues and in providing info to manager as necessary
• To implement company HR policies and procedures
• Assist with preparation of monthly HR stats and other management reports as required
• Maintain accurate personnel records and liaise with HR and Payroll as required, on any changes to employee details holidays, sickness etc
• To assist with recruitment throughout the whole company liaising with managers, agencies and candidates throughout the whole recruitment and selection process
• To assist with the managing and processing of leavers throughout the company organising exit interviews and necessary documentation
• Monitor absence levels in accordance with the companies Absence Management procedure.
• Assist as necessary to arrange the appropriate social events for the site
• To act as cover for reception as and when required to greet visitors in a polite, friendly manner and provide assistance as required, maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Studio Traffiker

General Objectives of the post:
Working with our talented team of creative and digital specialists on a diverse range of projects and clients across 2D, 3D, Artwork, Digital and Virtual Services – experience across all our services is desired but not essential.

You will be the key link between project managers and the studio team, managing traffic from multiple Bezier offices across the UK. You will assign the right people to the right projects, book resource where required, challenge briefs and ensure the process works smoothly and hits deadline!
A vital role in ensuring high quality output, efficient and profitable resourcing, and a happy team.

You will need to be a problem solver, have the ability to manage time and design budget, work between teams, a great communicator with, of course, excellent time management skills and an eye for detail. Understanding the design process for POS projects is critical, as is the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Vacancy: IT Project Manager (Wakefield)

We are looking for a Project Leader to join our expanding IT Department, based in Wakefield.

The Project Leader will possess a good understanding of IT Project Management/Project Support process, experience of managing IT Project budgets, good resource and financial management skills, a project and business change background and stakeholder management. Some experience in analysis – capturing and document user requirements
The successful Project Leader will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects and small change, contributing to the successful implementation of business change projects.
o Meet with client to capture requirements and expectations
o Analyse requirements to ascertain where clarification will be necessary
o Use flowcharts, process maps / swim lanes, documentation or prototypes to capture requirements
o Produce Project Brief and additional Start-Up documentation
o Discuss best approach with Developers and produce a Project Approach
o Create project and stage plans
o Manage Project delivery, co-ordinating various IT disciplines
o Manage Change Requests from Internal client
o Control and report on progress / variances risks / issues etc.
