We are currently looking for a commercial assistant to ensure timely and accurate job costing and estimating to the Finance department and the client as well as to monitor margin and report this to the Sales and Finance departments.

Responsibilities will include:
• To produce accurate and timely job costing, using either matrix prices or costs from the estimating department
• To obtain accurate and timely estimated prices for the client using either matrix or costs from the estimating department
• To set up matrix prices when required
• To produce and maintain KPI’s for the Commercial team
• To supply data for Management & Commercial Reports
• To monitor and investigate the account margins
• To produce analysis reports indicating key factors that have influenced the monthly and annual margin.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of internal month end administration to Finance department.
• Ensure all instances of financial waste are logged
• To maintain accurate filing and administration systems
• To work closely with client services teams to ensure all aspects of commercial information are available
• To support and cover other areas of the Commercial team where necessary
