Fixga

Description

Fixga is a family of geometric sans-serif fonts with fully rounded stroke endings. The letterforms’ roundness lends the typeface a very friendly, contemporary feel, making Fixga very appropriate for branding, packaging, and editorial work. The family’s lighter weights also perform well on both digital and analog interfaces. Text set in Fixga features a large x-height, enhancing readability at all sizes. Ascenders rise to the same height as the tops of the capital letters and the numerals, which gives lines of text a streamlined, almost compact effect. The dots in the typeface’s letterforms and in its punctuation are round. All in all, the proportions of the typeface follow a geometric model based on the circle, square, and triangle; this is most apparent in Fixga’s uppercase.
